Q: Why is someone else's name on my tickets?

A: The name printed on the ticket is the original purchaser of the ticket.  The venue will scan the bar-code on the ticket to provide entry.

 

Q: Do the listed ticket prices differ from face value?

A: In some cases, the listed prices are higher than face value, and in others, it may be lower than face value.  The price of the tickets reflects the current market value of the ticket and can and does change as demand for a particular event changes

 

Q: What do I do if I lose my tickets?

A: Please keep your tickets in a safe place.  Tickets are a one of a kind item and cannot be replaced.

 

Q: I received a ticket that is just a printed page, is this correct and is it safe?

A: This is an e-ticket.  The original purchaser opted to have the tickets emailed to them rather than wait or pay for tickets to be mailed to them.  These tickets are 100% valid, and we guarantee that they will get you into the venue.

 

Q: Can you ship to an alternate address?

A: Unfortunately, due to the high dollar amount of most ticket orders and one of a kind nature of tickets, we are required by the credit card companies to ship to the billing address of the credit card used for payment. 

 

Sales Policies

 

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: All sales are final, and there are no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges.

 

Q: How do I pay? What credit cards can I use?

A: You will be prompted to enter your credit card information into our secure checkout form.  You can pay using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover. 

 

Q: If an event is cancelled, will I get a refund? If a contingent event (such as, game 7 of a playoff) is not played, will I get a refund?

A: If the event is re-scheduled, the tickets will be honored for the makeup date.  If an event is cancelled outright or is a contingent event, you are typically entitled to a refund of the ticket price and any service fees.  Shipping charges are non-refundable.  In some limited cases, such as US Open rainouts, refunds are not available.  Please note, you may be required to return the tickets to us to be eligible for a refund.

 

Q: The event I purchased tickets for was rescheduled and I can't go. What should I do?

A: Since the tickets are valid for the new date, we cannot provide a refund, however, we would be happy to assist you in re-selling your tickets.  Please call us at 877-849-9411 for more details on selling your tickets.

 

Q: Can I exchange my tickets for other tickets?

A: All sales are final, and there are no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges.  However, we would be happy to assist you in re-selling your current tickets and would happily apply the proceeds to the purchase of a new set of tickets.

 

Shipping

 

Q: When can I expect my tickets?

A: At the time you placed your order, there may have been a notation of the expected shipping date.  Most orders ship on or before the expected shipping date.  If there was no expected shipping date, your tickets will ship the first business day following your order.  When your tickets do ship, we will email you a FedEx tracking number to track your package. 

 

Q: What is the difference between shipping methods?

The primary difference in the shipping method is the speed of delivery.  Expected transit times are as follows:

 

            Express Saver: 2-3 Business Days

            2nd Day: 2 Business Days

            Standard Overnight: Next Business Day by 4:00PM         

            Priority Overnight: Next Business Day by 10:30AM

            Saturday Delivery: Saturdays before Noon

            Near-Term Special Delivery: Pickup near the venue, only available when noted.

 

Q: Can I have my tickets shipped via a method other than FedEx?

A: Since tickets are a one-of-a-kind item, we deliver all of our packages via the most reliable means possible which is FedEx.  We also work closely with FedEx to monitor all of our shipments to ensure the safe arrival of your tickets.

 

Q: Can I pick up my tickets at the venue?

A: Since we are not affiliated with the venue or box office, tickets cannot be picked up at the venue.  In some cases, tickets may be available for pickup near the venue.  These cases would be noted individually and would utilize the Near-Term Special Delivery shipping option.

Q: How do I contact EasySeat?

A: EasySeat is open Monday thru Friday, 8AM to 6PM Eastern Time.  During those hours, we can be reached at 877-849-9411. 

 

Q: Will all of my seats be together?

A: Unless otherwise noted, all seats are together.  In some cases, the seat numbers are non-sequential but are in-fact adjacent, generally theatre events use odd or even numbers to designate left or right side of the theater respectively.  

 

Q: Where do these tickets come from?

A: Tickets available from EasySeat come from season ticket holders, private individuals, corporate sponsors, and more.  In addition, we have developed a network of thousands of ticket brokers nationwide that allows us to bring you one of the widest selections available.

 

Q: What are the fees for buying tickets?

A: There are no additional fees when buying from EasySeat.  The list price plus the shipping charge is what you pay; it’s that easy.

 

Q: Why are some tickets priced differently within the same section?

A: Ticket prices on our site are set by our broker partners.  The variation in prices is a result of the different pricing models of each of these partners.
